    You build trust in relationships by demonstrating honesty and integrity overtime. There are no short cuts. Only a gullible person offers immediate trust. That's a conman's dream!
    One must be told or observe something to ascertain if a person is "trustworthy". You should never (force yourself) to trust someone. People who do often regret it by saying, "Something told me not to....but I did it anyway."
    If something doesn't feel right to you then it's probably not right for you. Trust (your) instincts!

    To build trust in a relationship, you must show you are honest of course. but most of all it is very important to have constant communication with the person. Constant and free flowing communication. You have to be able to know each other and understand eachother to build that trust.
