The birth control pill would only work as contraception if she takes it every day around the same time. It doesn't work if you take it just once. Unless you mean the morning after pill?

Either way, she'll get an accurate reading on a pregnancy test at this point. It's the only way you can know for sure.

Thank you.. I will have her do the pregnancy test now. She took the morning After pill which works within 72hours.. She took it in 4hours after the unprotected sex. The last time we had an unprotected sex she took the morning after pill..

Was it the morning after pill she took?  If it is the regular pill she took, she should be taking it every day.  Then sometimes the pill does interrupt the females cycle.  I would have her take a test to see if she is.  If not, I would have her go on the depo shop-she only needs that once every three months.

She took the morning After pill that works within 72hours of time.. She took it in 4hours after the intercourse.. But she feels uncomfortable in her abdomen and her body temperature is eventually high right now. Its summer here..

Okay sometimes the morning after pill might do that.  It might also delay the female cycle as well

The best thing to do is to support her.  I'm sorry but contraceptives are not always 100% effective.  If this was a store test-sometimes they give a false reading-I tested positive twice but I wasn't.  I would make an appt with DR. ASAP.

I already read through the responses plus yours as well.  Is it possible that she may have been pregnant before with somebody else's baby and she passing the baby as yours?  I'm sorry that I sound harsh but usually the Morning After pill is very effective.  Maybe it is the chance that the pill may have been faulty.
