Well it is indeed difficult; yet it can be done. Usually it is significant attachments that begin to create a state of "hurriedness." Thus if one can minimize significant attachments one will approach this.
Living your own life but also helping those in need is the simplest way to be happy. It all depends on each individual though. Not taking on too much if you know you can't handle it like extra work or too much responsibility. Just live your life the way you want it.
Very right. Especially the part about not taking extra responsibility. I believe that we all have a role to play and when we start working outside that role, disharmony arises.
