    Does he like me or is it all in my head? Should I make the first move?

    I work with guy ( I know usually dating co workers go wrong) every time we work together he calls me my nick name.He puts his head on my shoulders and always grab my arm or hands to draw stupid but cute doodles. We laugh just about everything and hes always such in a good mood. He plays with my hair and touches my leg and hes always showing me new videos(stupid videos) and sometimes ill lean in and gets so close to me but when someone walks in he retreats back. I dont know how to react most of the time. I just play it off but I dont want him to thing we're just friends I kinda want to b more

    As you already mentioned it's usually not a good idea to date coworkers.  However you are the judge of your own situation and if you think that this might work out, definitely make the first move.  Go for it.
