Haha, no kidding, I was just in a certain type of shop and I picked up a certain type of movie to look at it..it was like a Pirates of the Caribbean type of thing.
I saw lots of interesting pictures of women in pirate outfits doing lots of interesting things to people of either sex...but what REALLY caught my eye was that the description started out with "From Visionary Director...."
Umm...what? Wait, how does one make a "visionary" film...did he like make a really funny Pirates parody and decided to spruce it up with a bunch of love scenes?

As a woman, it strikes me that the expression is a perfect example of the sex/violence connection that exists in the minds of most men today. Perhaps it's a throwback to your caveman genes, more likely it's an aberration caused by the media images of sex and violence that you were exposed to in your youth.
After all, to an eleven or twelve year old boy, testosterone fueled "stimulation" can be either sexual or aggressive-it doesn't much matter. But it does matter when he is old enough and big enough to act on his fantasies and finds that the line between violence and sexuality is permanently blurred.

I suspect it has more to do with a "quickie" Some people say it had it's roots in a 1964 McDonalds commercial that used the phrase in reference to one of it's burgers. BTW, women also use the phrase in the context that is most understood today to mean a desire to have sexual relations with someone.
I don't believe there is an inherent sex/violence connection. Some people are violent and agressive and they have sex some people are passive, gentle compassionate and loving and they have sex.
