    This endangered species of ape is more closely related to humans than the common chimpanzee.

    They are promiscious, have group sex, same-gender sex, are experimental with sex, have sex to calm down. Even the babies get involved.

    You seem to have hit the nail on the head. Sounds JUST LIKE our current societies values!!!

      well, how come it's all right for the bonobos to do it but with humans sex is made to be dirty and sinful? Humans didn't teach the bonobos (they are an endangered species).
      They are peaceful and resolve stress and conflict with sex. (the common chimp is more aggressive).  If you care to watch any more documentary clips, you will observe that the children get involved too.  And males have foreskins.
