Women Are Sext-ier Than Men
The New York Times recently reported on a new study finding that women are more likely to send sexy text messages than men are. Two university researchers arrived at their results after they surveyed over 5,000 adult visitors to infamous infidelity website AshleyMadison.com AshleyMadison.com asking users questions about their Internet use, sexual behaviors and demographics. Two-thirds of women surveyed had sexted, in comparison to just half of men.

men use webcams and the internet and women use text messaging?..men are more visual its's said
In the never-ending battle of the sexes, women seem to have won the latest digital round: Researchers say that women are more likely to engage in sexting than men. A new study, provocatively titled Let My Fingers Do the Talking: Sexting and Infidelity in Cyberspace, found that two-thirds of surveyed women had sent nude photos or sexually suggestive text messages; only one-half of men had done the same. Women were also more likely to send nude pictures over the Internet, and reported meeting people in person after chatting online more often than men.
I have done it a couple of times, but because I was asked by the other person, not my idea. DONT ASK CAUSE THE ANSWER IS NO!
Women probably do it more than men, because women like feeling sexy and sex=sexy i guess. Men dont do it enough because, seriously, its ridiculous. Unless your man/husband is 5000 miles away it is sad if you need to sext to someone who lives in the same city as you.
Men are more responsible, that is, they take more care about what they say in their text messages - what if they forget their cellphone at work and someone will read the messages? It could be a career end. CEOs, lawyers and managers take precautions.
"Sex is God's joke on human beings." ~Bette Davis
I think the above says it all as regards the paths the two sexes tend to take when arriving at what one writer once called, "the death of a thousand pleasures."
Foremost, I firmly believe that both sexes are fully committed to the end result of making a mess of themselves and the bedding: however, woman seem to take a more cerebral path to the requisite arousal while us guys...well...more than once I blindly charged after my "little Colonel" following a mere glimpse of thigh...us guys...we like the visual.
Perhaps the propensity among the ladies for sexting is so to allow the time needed to get those "happy" neurons popping inside their heads? If indeed this is a necessary precondition of excitement...I say take your time. I would similarly wager that the 50% of guys who reported a nod towards the practice are simply biding their time until those two important circuitous sexual corridors converge upon the 200-thread counts of a local motel.
I have done it. I felt like a dork doing it. Also, I hardly need yet another medium for self-gratification. Actual girls, with their phones turned off, are much better. But...I'm a guy.
