Basic Tips For A Better Christian Prayer Life

When praying you really don’t need any special prayer to say, you can just come before Jesus and tell Him how you are feeling at that moment, reach out and ask Him to help you. He needs to hear from you, He will leave His whole flock just to find one lost soul, because that’s how important you are to Him.

When praying be aware of what you are saying and who you are praying to, and try not to get distracted while praying or think of other things , I know it’ hard sometimes but try.

Just don’t say words that you think Jesus wants to hear, come before Him and be honest and open with Him, in the long run it will form a better relationship between God and you.

Ask Jesus for His forgiveness daily for sins in your life and always approach Him in prayer with a humble and repentant heart .

When you pray don’t just pray when you need help or when someone is sick or dying . Pray daily it’s a great way to start your day, think of it has calling God on your spiritual cell phone.

Prayer is the most powerful tool God has giving us, over use it daily, Jesus will never get tired of hearing from you, talk to Him daily.

Things you can pray for are, world peace, so that it will make our world a happier and friendlier place to live. Jesus when asked Lord who shall we pray for, He said “Pray for your enemies “. Why ? So that someday they may become your friends .

Always pray with a positive attitude that your prayers will be answered by God, He may not answer them in the way you asked or thought He would, but some where in your life He has answer your prayers.

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. These are powerful words, and the key word is believe, it will happen only if your faith is strong enough.

Jesus taught us how to pray to the heavenly Father and we should do it daily to let Him know how grateful you are for what He has done for you, in your life and for those you love.

These are just a few Basic things to follow in order to have a good prayer life and a great relationship with Jesus and God His Father.
