As a sleep aid.

Where and what your bedroom door faces can help or hinder how one sleeps, acording to the principles of feng shui. A bedroom door should NOT face the following;

  • A Mirror
  • Another door, especially;
  1. A Kichen door or
  2. A bathroom door.
  • A staircase.
  • To sleep with head or foot directly towards the door.

Any of these are to be avoided if possible, if not keep doors closed.

The following list are things you can do in and around the bedroom that are seen as BENEFICIAL;

  • For your bed to be opposite the bedroom door, at a diaginal angle, in the corner of the room.
  • Use a head for your bed and have it flush against the wall.
  • Display peonies in the bedroom, they signify love.
  • Keep lighting soft and low.

Things that will hinder a good nights sleep.

  • Do not put up pictures of angry or aggressive creatures, paintings featuring water or anything abstract in the bedroom.
  • Don't sleep facing away from the door.
  • Bedroom doors next to large windows creates bad energy, cover them with thick heavy curtains.
  • A reflection of the bed, is seen as a presence of a third party. Make sure no mirrors face your bed.

Waterfalls bring with them wealth, if you can invest in a property near to one, it will pay off.

If you want to encourage prosperity, go get yourself a water feature!

You can also place an active fish tank or lush green plant in the south east corner of your living room.

Owning nine goldfish, seven being yellow, red or gold and one being black, will bring good luck.

Try planting orange trees at the entrance of your home, oranges signify gold.

Place the 'three legged frog' anywhere in your living room, for a cash injection.

      Great hub as always. The table helps me visualize and commit to memory the different choices of color for each location.
