The pieces of the armor
The armor of God is the battle fatigue for the Christian. It is composed mainly of defensive material and two weapons. The Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God. And prayer. We stand shoulder to shoulder with all Christians around the world. We are at war. A war since the beginning of time. Each piece of armor is actually an offensive excursion on the enemy. It proves the battle is in the mind, and the battle is the Lord's.
Belt of Truth. Girding our loins, we stand for what is true. We are to protect our souls and walk in truth.
Breastplate of Righteousness. Our breastplate is Jesus. Righteousness an attitude. We stand before God the Father washed by the Blood.
Helmet of Salvation. Our minds protected by the promises of salvation. Protecting our minds from fear, doubt, worry.
Shoes of peace. The gospel is ours, a comfort of forgiveness.
Shield of faith. Here, our confidence that Christ is. What we
Sword of the Spirit. The Word of God, our spirit's sword.

Ephesians 6:10
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
Leaning on the Lord in the evil day can bring us eye to eye with the adversary and life's storms. We are to wax strong in His power, relying on Him, holding His Hand, in the valley of death's shadow. These days, the darkness is overwhelming.
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
Much is spoken here. Putting on the armor. And it reminds us to stand. The enemy rushes against us, our resolve, our time, our assets. We are called for times in these scriptures to stand. Stand against the devil's schemes, his plans, his suggestions, his lies. Take away the foothold he has in your life. Stand him down eye to eye until he backs away.
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Paul reminds us the struggle is against the unseen, not the seen. We are against different ranks, and types of darkness.
13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
Again the repetition of the word stand is here. It reminds us of the importance to stand our ground.

Our offensive weapons
The Word of God.
Any scripture in the Bible can penetrate circumstances as long as it is in line with the Word. Speaking the Word of God against a situation or the enemy can bring great results.
The Blood of Jesus.
The Blood of Jesus cleanses us from sin as we continue to confess them to our High Priest aware of our weaknesses. The Blood of Christ can be invoked in a situation against the enemy. It can be used in interceding, reminding God of Christ' death and washing away sin.
Angels.
Angels may be commanded to protect, minister, war for us. Simply commanding them in the Name of the Lord on assignments can also bring powerful results.
The Name of Jesus.
Jesus' Name can bind the enemy from people and circumstances.
The power of prayer.
Praying the Word, standing on God' promises is highly effective. The power of praying together can bring strong results in what is called a corporate anointing.
The power of praise.
Praising breaks the walls of darkness. It is here, God's Spirit inhabits in.

Applying the Blood of the Lamb
As the Hebrew children applied lamb's blood to the post and lintel of their home, you can use the Blood of Jesus to protect anything concerning you. Noted we have a sense of responsibility to harness, the Blood of Christ, applied in faith can banish the enemy.
For example...
Place the Blood
on your family...
on your ministry...
on your vehicle...
on your work...
on your problems...
on your city officials...
on the government...
even in faith on the president... (after all one drop of Jesus' Blood washed away our sin in whole!)
Using the Blood can honor Christ for His death on the cross. It can be done in remembrance of Him.
A prayer
Dear Lord,
First we ask forgiveness for any sin, even the sin of ignorance... We thank You Father for answering prayers in the past, now, and even in the future. Lord, please remember Christ' shed Blood over our lives today, and as we ask daily throughout the day and into the day's coming... We plead the Blood over our lives, our spouse...
Holy Spirit walk with us, teaching us how to pray using this weapon, the Blood of Jesus. Holy Spirit help remind us when the Blood is needed. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
