Reaching For Those Stars
Reap The Harvest
If we have intolerance of a present situation it can create for us a new future and hope. If we endure a problem we will be slow in reaching for those stars and pursing the dream or vision placed on our heart.
I went through a battle not long ago ( Hub Ready To Fight The Fight) and when I was numbed out with sadness over an event and I decided i was sick of the lies from the enemy. I stood to fight. The battle was already won for me. Christ held me. I had a revelation I want to share with you. I believe because I trusted Christ he was then able to beckon me with greater faith, mighty courage and success. He will keep me from harm . He will preserve me.
The mountains can really shake our faith. God is in the moving mountains business. It only takes a tiny seed of faith to move the mountains and cause a miracle in our midst. Now that will break the devils plan. Because staying focused on those stars, dreams and visions placed within us opens doors of opportunity and the Blessings will come in. The enemy wants to keep us down so we do not get Blessing and turn against the Father. The good news is when I keep the promises of God in the forefront of my mind, by faith I know it will come to pass. Gods word does not lie. Claim his promise, 'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me'. Philippians
So we can go around in circles making the same mistake over and over. It is sad because in the end God always works things out for us. Children of God have his promise. 'God can turn ALL things for good for those that love him.' When we call on the miracles of God this upsets hell. When we set our sights on higher things this makes the Devil mad. He does not want us to have those goals, dreams or visions. He wants us to stay in the problem or endure a situation believing his lies that it will not change. He does not want us to reach for those stars or have the desires of our heart.Because Christ loves us he will come for attack. He will try to place obstacles before us. When we call on God for miracles he gets mad. He will come with storms to throw us off. Sometimes they will be 'spiritual mountains. It could be a failing marriage or a financial nightmare. It could be guilt, shame, or anger, depression or fear. God will not stop moving for us as long as we keep reaching and believing we can have the goals set before us. 'Lean not on your own understanding but acknowledge him in all your ways and he will direct your path.'
If I look at the total picture suddenly there is new insight. The revelation gives me confidence that God is moving for me. 'When Christ is for me who can be against me?' Our faith will take us beyond our trial and troubles into a greater understanding of Gods plan and purpose to which we are being led. My finite mind can not grasp how involved God is in the events of my journey. Because Christ is LOVE there is no end to what he can do for us. On this day I know if I open my heart and mind to him more then ever before he will bring experiences I have never encountered. God knows of our suffering and pain. He feels our pain. He will sustain us.
So for me I know if I downcast the Satan attack, Christ will not let him stifle the upward climb. It is part of a larger revelation I can not see, yet. That my friends is a huge promise. The enemy can not have us. Christ took him on for us and he is already doomed. He is going to be in the pit of hell with his followers.
It is God that causes the river to flow and controls the winds of life. It is the joy of knowing the Lord that Jesus saves and cures. So when I look closely there is joy in every ray of sunlight, every act of kindness, in each smile given and in love and service to others. It is in joy our goals will be lifted and we will gain power to help and lift others from the disease of sin or doubt. God delivers. He has called us to be fishers of men. In this our own needs will be met.
It is in the seeds we plant in our mind and on the ground we walk, that we reap a harvest. All Glory to God.
In Love and Peace, your sister in Christ.
