15 Things We Have In Christ

God has given us so much through Jesus. As born-again Believers we are tremendously blessed with wonderful promises from the Lord. Once we know what we have, we can walk boldly and in our authority.

Here is a short list of some of the things we have in Christ.

^1. We have victory-But thanks [be] to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. ^{1Cororithians 15:57}

2. We have confident, bold and have access to God - In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. ^{Ephesians 3:12}

^3. We have power and authority over the devil – Behold I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you. ^{Luke 10:19}

^4. We have an inheritance in Christ -In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: ^{Ephesians 1:11}

_5. We have power working in us -Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, _{Ephesians 3:20}

_6. We have the mind of Christ – Let this mind also be in you that was in Christ Jesus _{Philippians 2:5}

_7. We have life through Christ - In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. _{1John 4:9}

_8. We have the promise to be like Him - Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. _{1 John 3:2}

_9. We have been given power, love and a sound mind – For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. _{2 Timothy 1:7}

_10. We have eternal life - For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. _{Romans 6:23}

_11. We have joy in God - And not only [so], but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. _{Romans 5:11}

_12. We have justification through Christ - Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: _{Romans 3:24}

_13. We have a sound-mind - For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. _{2 Timothy 1:7}

_14. We have prosperity –But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. _{Philippians 4:19}

_15. We have spiritual weapons - (For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) _{2 Corinthians 10:4}

Have you noticed when you read the Word of God how the atmosphere around you changes. It becomes super-charged and suddenly "stupid stuff" no longer seems important....If you haven't had this experience try reading the Word out-loud. It won't take reading very many scriptures before you will experience the supernatural power of the Word of God.
