Many motivators unnecessarily put God in their motivational quotes. When motivational is purely related to self discovery, why these motivators need God's interference while motivating people? They should know that their quotes are both for theists and atheists, not only for theists.
For instance, which quotes are you seeing and referring to? exactly?
There are many. Like 'God helps them who help themselves' or bla bla bla + Believe in God and he will support you'
