Reincarnation implies you are going on a journey which you are not. Your true form of self is the mind which never moves. When you move a limb from one position to another you have remanifested it from one area to another. When your mortal manifestation expires and you move it from one place to another you are using a principle not much different from moving a limb from one position to another.
HOW DOES THE PHYSICAL UNIVERSE REMAIN CONSTANTLY THERE?
The physical universe is the manifestation of God's mind. If you think of the image of an object and hold it there in your mind it can remain there in a very consistent state, until you are distracted, become less concious or think of something else.
When a being is in physical form there can be many distractions. Such as the need to keep your mortal manifestation protected. But for God (whom will never take physical form) this is not an issue.
Even when you are sleeping and not thinking of your mortal manifestation God is generating the power to keep your mortal manifestation in place.
God generates and maintains the manifestations but it is the individual in possession of the manifestation that makes the decisions with it.
