If u ask about the society then I would say yes......just kidding..
However God is perfect in its cosmic system so he should not.. and to know all this in reality u have to experience enlightenment...
NO, He knew EXACTLY what He was doing and knew exactly how we would behave as His creatures and He set in operation, before the creation of the world, a plan to save man from himself and result in His perfect will being fulfilled. "Regret" in the divine sense in not as we humans think of it. God is not human and does not relate as we do. His ways are NOT our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts. All glory to God for He is good and his mercies endures forever.
