Hi bonece xo I used to see 11:11 on digital clock all the time. I could be anywhere in the world (as I was a flight attendant for a long while), woke up in the hotel room somewhere day or night, and the digital clock would flash 11:11. It carried on for years, and one day I walked into a bookshop for the first time in Christchurch NZ and lo and behold, there on the bookshelf was a book called 11:11. I do not have this book with me right now but I remember at the front of the book before even the preface, there was a page with short but large writing. It basically said that if you see 11:11 a lot on digital clock it was a "wake up call" for your cellular memory. You are being jarred to remember your true self and your true spiritual purpose. Same goes for seeing your birth number I guess. Are you ready for a spiritual birth? What are  you really here to do? Are you on purpose. My ex sister-in-law from Thailand said that 11:11 is actually sacred in Thailand and whenever you see that you should utter a sacred prayer. A lot of people also believe 4:44 is a number for angels, it means your angels are watching over you. So I guess 5:55 is not that much different. Nowadays whenever I see those amazing numbers I just smile and give thanks to heaven/spirit/God for guiding me to always be at the right place at the right time doing exactly what I meant to do. Hope this helps, blessings xo

    Hi,
I just noticed that you asked me a question about the messages and meanings of the 1111 and 5555 number sequences a while ago now.  Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Please view my other hubpages:  http://hubpages.com/hub/Angel-Numbers-Recurring-1111s
And  http://hubpages.com/hub/Angel-Numbers-Recurring-5s  for your answers.  The other numbers, eg 1123 can also be found individually on my hubpages.

If you would like a personal analysis of your recurring number sequences, please feel free to book an ‘Angel Number Reading’ with me.  Simply email joanne@sacredscribes.net for details, or visit www.sacredscribes.net

    Love and Light

Well the link to Joanne's site she left here is awesome. I am led to that a lot as I see double or triple digits all the time.

However my answers come from biblical numbers and the Holy Spirit usually leads me there also. So I just go where I am led.

One is Gods number and 5 means re compensate and bountiful in short, but here is the link

    http://www.turnbacktogod.com/biblical-numbers-1-10/

Doreen Virtue is good also, it is pretty much the same meanings as Joannes page, however Joanne's page goes into detail more about the numbers.
