Not necessary. We received our blessings by His grace. We do not bargain with God. We pay tithes because we obey His word. It is written that we should pay them.
No. There is a higher way of living life to be blessed and it is called " Give and it shall be given unto you, pressed down , shaken together, overflowing shall men give unto you.
I believe we are blessed of God for our obedience to Him; out of our blessings we liberally give in love as Jesus demonstrated to the poor . Consider Deut 28:1 where God promises to bless us if we obey His voice. Abraham obeyed and then was blessed.
