How can a 30 year prison Inmate transform into a motivational leader in a lawful society?
There are as many personalities in prison as ther are in society. First of all you have to define the reason for imprisonment, i.e. political, stealing to survive, psychotic, enviromentally learned survival, etc. Its true many former prisoners see only one route for their survival; by repeating past behaviour. Some survive their confinement and return to freedom and make an honest effort to be free, not at all an easy task.
Please define a lawful citizen, where it is common knowledge that their are many :respected individuals who do not honor their fellow citizens, who over charge for goods and services, manipulate political powers on ther own behalf, or cheat, steal, or take advantage of any opportunity to increase comfort and wealth.
A persons future is based on their growth environment! All of us are responsible for an individuals development, beginning with family, neighborhood, community, etc. The truth is, prisoners within our society are the result of our fellow citizens not really caring of what is going on next door. We come into this world with a clean slate, our society determines the final outcome, think about it!
