The best answer to this is doing the Important works before they become urgent. Rather than waiting for the last moment because then it adds to our stress and we are not able to give our 100%/.
Well...that depends on a lot of factors. But, one way I can think of, is if one spends a lot of time on the computer it would be wise to do so where they will be making some money -- such as writing more hubs, and monetizing blogging sites. Also, as much as people love social networks, like facebook, it really is a waste of time to spend more than a few minutes a day there.
I think that we should allocate the time constraint with urgent work or tasks. If we think that it is urgent to finish what we have to do, we have to finish it as soon as possible before due date and don't wait to finish until the last-moment. But sometimes, for some tasks, we could hire someone to do so that we utilize both times and relieve our worries, and it could increase the employment rate in our society.
