Do frequencies have any effect on a person?
I have just started listening to some frequency videos and it's very interesting. But, does it have any effect? what kind? and why do I get slight head aches during and after listening to them (mostly at the left part of my head)?
I don't know much about frequencies; but, I believe they affect people - some more than others depending on your own body's sensitivities. I would listen to your headaches not your frequency videos. IMHO, they are affecting you and not positively.
The frequency of a sound wave is related to the pitch of the sound. A high pitch may be the cause of your slight headache.
