I burn incense if I like the aroma.  There is no magical power or requirement to burn incense.  In my opinion, not as a theologican, there is not a problem with burning incense unless you make it part of your worship.

Why the question? Do you think Jesus won't like you anymore if you burn incense?

If you want to burn incense, it's entirely up to you and I can't imagine God cares one way or the other, just like he couldn't care less if you had marmalade on toast or cornflakes for breakfast.

    I agree with Diane-
As long as we are not using an act as worship to something other than God, and God has not forbid the pursuit, go ahead.

In the Old Testament, where there were so many restrictive rules, the use of incense was commanded for use in the Temple. The Christian, who is supposed to be free, can use it as he pleases. It is a great help in elevating the mind in meditation.
