i used to see a shrink who was quite good at it. if you don't have a professional who knows you well, you are the best interpreter of your own dreams. books on dream interp. are very general. they can give you an idea on which way to head, but you must honestly supply the details. dreams don't tell the future outside of letting you know what your desires and fears are.
