Where are the dead people?
are they in heaven? so called hell? for answer let me know what you think in my hub "where are the dead"
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life..."
Based upon that scripture I would say the so called sinners remain where they were planted in the ground or spread out as ashes.
Those who are "saved" are allowed to spiritually transition from their physical bodies.
"For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not." (This would imply everyone is a sinner!)
Now it's also worth noting Luke 17:21
"Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is (within you)."
Truth be told the only people who know the answer are those who have gone before us. The rest of us either "believe" or disbelieve.
Maybe the notion of heaven and hell was invented to control people's behavior on earth. However for those who follow other religions they're told they are doomed to going to hell since they don't accept Christ as the son of God....etc
"Everyone wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die."
It's not enough to for people to obey the law and or even subscribe to religion. They have to be Christian in order to get into heaven!
Sounds a little immature and silly if you ask me.
God made man and man made religion.
The dead can be seen in different ways, depending upon one's perspective. "Let the dead bury their dead." said Christ. And again, "They have eyes to see and yet they do not see." Scriptures would not be true if they were not paradoxical. But at the same time they are very simple for the pure in Heart.
The living 'dead' are those who are alive but live with cold Hearts and ignorant of the higher realms of Consciousness. The physical dead are Souls whose bodies have passed away, but are in a different realm of Consciousness.
In a manner of speaking, they are not far away, only in an inner and higher plane of Spirit (Consciousness). Those who have the eyes to see can see them easily and talk to them. Life is a sojourn, a process of growth, and when we are sufficiently receptive, more and more becomes revealed in our Consciousness.
Both Heaven and Hell are states of Consciousness. One is loving, Blissful, full of Light; the other is necessary for the transformation of the lower nature. Nothing is truly bad but one is painful and full of suffering, necessary for the Soul's growth; the other is loving; joyful ....
Hope all this helps.

Someone once said something to the effect of 'Heaven is what you want it to be and Hell is what you make of it', or something like that. I believe we have something of a dual consciousness once we're no longer a physical manifestation. We witness a dark realm where we judge ourselves for what we...

Is it possible that our earth is actually hell?I have difficulty believing that there is a reason for our world being in the shape that it is in other than we are being tested. What if being banished to hell is not for an eternity, but for what we perceive a our lifetime, a place where we...

Why are there spirits roaming the earth? Does this means that there is no heaven or hell?
