How fast can you go?

I get it. Living in an era of smart gadgets and infinite number of online services with maybe long roads between your job and a cosyness of your home, can be rather time consuming. At least overwhelming. Trying to juggle your way into a healthy living has become more of a luxury then a simple commodity.

Did we forget what it means in the first place? To relax. To enjoy yourself. Gyms nowdays look and feel like places where you have to go. Because you have to be fit. Or you just have to be in sync with the world`s latest cultural scene. Nothing wrong about being in the vibe of it. But, do have in mind that even though culture manners are defined by a mass of people thinking and acting the same, it has always been that one unique idea that started the whole process. An individual. And that individual is you too.

So instead of blindly following everything that`s cool around you, try to make your own story. Own look. And lifestyle. Learn from the best. And become the best possible self-version. An example who will inspire others by using inspiration from the same individuals that were bold enough to be free. And to create a movement so large, like a popular culture of music, fashion and art at all. And, whether you want to admit it or not, sport, let alone individual branches is nothing but art itself.

The art of body motion, muscle tension and powerful visualization.

Now, to look good, you don`t have to have big arms. Or big arms only. Or arms and pecs. The beauty comes from the inside of a healthy body. It`s a complete picture. You can`t paint just on one side of the canvas. And you certainly cannot be happy when developing a partially strong and/or good looking figure.

As for fitting your exercise routine into your everyday`s work schedule, I admit it`s not quite that easy. It`s not milk and honey, but you can sure mix yourself a fine cup of sweet coffee or tea if you learn how to do it right. Like we discussed in the previous chapters, the way of your approach is one of the main keys for any successful plan.

Moving on to the key factors that control this...

Living fast requires a good shoes to walk in. You cannot move through life by standing and waiting. No one has ever succeeded in anything by applying that tactic.

The Time Capsule

Even though we are not actually talking about time loop here, it can still be defined as a sort of a history maker. We don`t want to automate our lives more than they already are. What you want and need is a time capsule of your daily routine plan. You need to construct and implement a plan that works for you.

A plan with which you can do all the things you want do do. And complete the ones that you are obligated to. And before you give yourself another excuse, like not even enough time for kids, family, boyfriend, girlfriend, let alone consistency in exercising, stop. The real truth of you not making everything on time is that you are to slow. Too slow to think it through, to sidetracked to not see the right exit out of a small circle you`ve created for your self.

Living fast requires a good shoes to walk in. And your run will only be visible in your planing skills. Ok, sometimes it will get down to actual physical running. But that`s just what makes it more exiting. You cannot move through life by standing and waiting. No one has ever succeeded in anything by applying that tactic.

The hardest thing to do is get out of your "habit zone". You got used to one way of life and when time for a change comes, you just can`t improvise something new. So, this "time capsule" we`re creating will be more of a virtual nature. No, I don`t want to waste any single second more out of your super-busy day talking about writing down your every movement. In case you are that person, and if that`s something that will cause the change in you. Then, you should definitely go with it. You can write down your tasks if that will keep you more in control over your life. But it`s a double-edged sword and it does have a tendency to make a control freak out of you. So be careful about it. I`ll show you later how to manage it.

But if you think writing down stuff will bring you one more heavy load on your back, just keep up with my principals. And trust me, you will be just fine. Here are two major steps towards your successful play.

The one and only solution to any of your progress is: independence. But to be independent, the declaration only or a word print on your summer T-shirt is not enough. Becoming independent of your life means, taking control over it.

First Step: Dust Of The Bad Habits

The one and only solution to any of your progress is: independence. But to be independent, the declaration only or a word print on your summer T-shirt is not enough. Becoming independent of your life means, taking control over it. It`s not an easy job, but it`s the only one that will get you success with the things you want in your life. The things that suit you, the things you love.

Accepting who you are and where you`re at at the moment is the first step. The step that will enable you to cleanse out your bad habits. How? Well, you have to be true to your self. It`s like looking at the mirror and memorizing every spot on your skin. Search, notice and take charge.

Just because you were doing the same routine years and years over, doesn`t mean you were doing it right. Or that that tactic works for you. As I already mentioned earlier. After you accepted your current possibilities, you can start picking up the bad habits and throw them away one by one.

The easiest example that can be used here is one of the many mistakes connected to bad habits regarding our food intake. Like having a cup of coffee before breakfast. I know it`s something that you like, especially after seeing how the whole scene looks so appealing in the commercial. Or one of your favorite movies. But if you want to do this right, if you want a quality-build muscle mass, you have to engrave this rules into your daily routine.

It`s the health that we are hitting as a final result. So you have to be seriously dedicated to it. You don`t have to sit down and write your wrongs. Just see to it that as you go, you do things right. Step by step.

There are countless of bad habits that we shouldn`t do. But the ones regarding our healthy body, is mainly connected to our food schedule. And it`s only logical being that that`s our main fuel. But, what I also want to accentuate, is other habits that may seem irrelevant at first. Honestly, if you connect the dots right, you will see that every of your action, a decision to do something this or that way, will influence the way you will build your muscle.

If your posture is bad while standing, or you have build some kind of natural guard when taking a conversation with a group of people, that same guard will be reflected in your exercising posture. Developing bad habits and nourishing them daily, you create a layer around yourself that is pretty thick. After some time you get lost in it, spending minutes, hours, days and year, pretending to be someone you`re not.

If you`re not taking serious the type of calories that you are taking in, then you won`t take serious any of the exercises, let alone the whole monthly or yearly workout regimen. But to be in control, and yet fully enjoy your life, because some of you do not want to be competitors in natural building of muscle mass, you have to approach this a bit differently.

There is always a solution to everything. You are just intentionally deciding to bypass it.

Step Two: Start Resolving And Engaging

The right approach, means the right energy. Your head must be cool. Not cold, but cool enough so you can think straight. The right nutrition like constant daily dose of vitamins and minerals is crucial to this. There are stores where you can buy fresh smoothies. But it`s best when you make your own at home. Start now, don`t think about it, do it.

Don`t laugh about it, stop being so critical, or self-critical and just be proactive. If you`re getting up early for that 9 to 5 job, make your smoothie before you go to bed. If you have kids, that`s even better. Make a family some fresh juices as you prepare dinner. In case you work from home, get up while you`re taking a break and make it.

If you`re not used to it, get. Change is what makes change. Be a bit faster when getting ready so you can fix up some breakfast. If you skipped a meal due to a heavy load of work, eat the moment you can. First take water and more fluid foods. Then you grab any kind of proteins in smaller amounts. And eat by hour until bed. That way you will make up for not eating on time, you will insert all the right nutrients and you will keep your stomach and metabolism healthy by not overeating to compensate for skipping meals.

There is always a solution to everything. You are just intentionally deciding to bypass it.

Engaging means taking interest in what you`re doing. Don`t just do it automatically. Make sure you have at least 3 workouts per week. Create a program, but if you skip one day, and you only have one left on that week, it`s better to improvise a routine and maybe join the day that you skipped and the day that you have to get done then to just pass over the skipped day.

For example, I skipped a leg day on Thursday. Now on Friday I have to do arms and calves. I improvise a special routine to hit all muscle groups so I don`t skip legs entirely for that week. Because I only do them once a week. Now, there are two ways of doing this. Since I already do biceps and triceps with pecs and back (on, say Mondays and Tuesdays), maybe I will do just one super-set for arms, and focus more on thighs. And calves.

The second option is to prolong your workout some more. But not more than two hours. Then do legs first and then arms entirely at the end.

See? It`s not that hard at all. Now, you also have to be aware of the fact that my life differs from yours. And no one has the same exact life routine as you. So you have to be your own personal life coach. Create a time capsule that suits you best and stick with it.

As for other daily routines, try not to have a same day of the week. Like getting up, going to work and stuff like that. You have to go to the same places, but create a new routines in between that will keep you on track and positively energized. Like, get up a bit earlier than usual, do some Yoga or prepare a breakfast. Take a walk. Or just watch TV, listen to music. Dance.

If you plan your own working time at home, don`t get too cosy and lazy. The home environment may take that pressure off about work stressing right up from the sunrise. But can also be causing you to get way to loose and lose control over the main things. Always have a slightly different daily routine that follows the same principals you created after cleaning the bad choice habits.

To progress, you need to make space for something that`s coming your way. By deleting the bad that was holding you back, you dusted of that closet. And made a space for your fresh wardrobe of time.

Writing Down Your Plan

For you who like to pen down everything, this is a quick and easy guide to help you get through a busyness of life. If you write down every item for the grocery store, this will be a walk in a park for you.

All you have to to is re-schedule your plan a bit to make space for the new things. To progress, you need to make space for something that`s coming your way. By deleting the bad that was holding you back, you dusted of that closet. And made a space for your fresh wardrobe of time. If you are a woman, this whole process will be much easier to accomplish. Because we can multitask better then men.

But either way, take your plan whenever you go and keep checking your day on. Important thing here is never forget that this is for a non-stressed way of life. So your list must contain the things that will feel natural and pleasing to you.

Write down your exercise program. If you can`t do some exercise, improvise on another machine or rack. If you`re not fully experienced, ask a professional for help. And write down your every step. Or at least stay engaged enough so you can memorize everything you did. So you can type it in your working pad when you get home.

A neat mind will react by producing more creative ideas than you could imagine.

If you take care of yourself first, you will be happy not just for your sake, but for others around you.

The Final Tip

For the very end of this part of the story, I want to advise to create your plans at the most calming moment of the day. When you rest from work, or in bed ready to sleep. A neat mind will react by producing more creative ideas than you could imagine.

If you take care of yourself first, you will be happy not just for your sake, but for others around you. Even your heaviest tasks will get fixed more lightly then ever. You will reach your "zone" and you will be fulfilled. When you complete one day of multiple duties and weights lifting, you adapt. Then it gets under your skin. And more opportunities open for you.

This part of the "Building A Mass Without Supps" has leaned a bit more towards a life coaching than it has towards exercising. But that`s just fine because you need to realize that 80% of your time that doesn`t have to do with exercising, does have to do with entirely affecting your gym results.

Just try keeping it in the rhythm of the life that you want for your self. The quality demands a bit of the sacrifice and a lot of tries, failures at it too. But not giving up while doing it, eventually takes you to your visualized spot. A happy one.
