Is the NFL preseason  too long?

I think it should be shortened to 2 games.

No, the coaches have so many players to consider. Imagine the pressure on the players trying not make the cut. It could all hinge on just one dropped pass, one offside penalty. I'm a fan, I wouldn't want the season to be any shorter anyways.

I agree with Natural Remedy; the preseason games give the coaches some valuable evaluation time. It's tough not to get impatient for the regular season to start, though.  I wish the regular season were longer.  Or maybe, I just wish the NBA season (which I do enjoy) were shorter, so that the NFL season didn't seem so short by comparison.

I don't think it's long enough, it should be longer.
