The Pink color you see in each team is for the October cancer month promotion, so much money was contributed to the Cancer Society by all NFL teams, a very nice gesture!
I would imagine that it has a lot to do with breast cancer, breast cancer awareness, and raising money towards the solution to that awful disease.
It's the NFL's way of sucking in the females by pandering to breast cancer awareness and I'm sick of it! Cancer is a big business, in fact the whole medical community should be ashamed of themselves for making it more about $ and less about health!
