Will you have a superbowl party?

I'm one of the few people that likes the game better than the commercial.  I also like to hear what the announcers say about the game.  If the Pats make it to the big game, it will be the biggest superbowl ever.  My wife asked me if I wanted to have a party.  Heck no.  I want to watch the game.

I think Superbowl Sunday and New Years Eve are the 2 most overrated days of the year....

All of a sudden everyone is a football fan come the day of the Superbowl - and everyone wants to bet on the game, pick the score, everyones an expert, everyone wants to attend a party....blaw, blaw, blaw....

Same story, different day on New Years Eve.....Everyone's a party animal all of a sudden.

    Agree Anyone?

Nah...not really.  We'll watch it and, because it's on at 4:17, we'll probably eat during the game but we aren't having any guests and we're not putting up decorations or any of that party-type stuff.

I'm not a big football fan, but we're having a Superbowl Party at Post 3350 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in East Rockaway, N.Y., today. It's a good opportunity to get some old veterans together for a little camaraderie. Maybe I'll have the winning ticket????

It was a great finish to the game with Manning throwing the winning touchdown pass.
