First off, I'd like to thank my lucky stars that the Giants won last Sunday.  Their defense tried to lose the game for them, as they failed to hold a 10-point lead against the visiting Atlanta Falcons.  The game should not have been as close and it shouldn't have went into overtime.  Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes vindicated himself for missing a 31-yard field goal in the fourth quarter by kicking a 37-yard field goal in overtime which was reminiscent of the 2007 NFC Championship game in Green Bay.

I'm not sold on the Giants' secondary quite yet as much still needs to improve upon.  I did like how Barry Colefield, Mario Manningham, Ron Dixon, Steve Smith, and Eli Manning played that day.  Hey, a win's a win.

I hope that the Giants can't take advantage of Broncos team that is without Kyle Orton and go back to playing some Giants football by running for 160+ yards a game.

    GO BIG BLUE WRECKING CREW!!!

Oh, and Happy Thanksgiving everyone...Shame on those who don't have NFL Network for tomorrow's game and the other 7 games the rest of the season smile

Doubt the stars in the heavens,
Doubt that Indians own the casinos,
Doubt that there are slurpies at the 7-Eleven,
    But don't ever, ever doubt,
The faith I have in my team big_smile

    Hope you liked it wink

I think the Giants will prevail.  Denver is mired in a big slump and Kyle Orton is injured.  I should know about Orton because he is on my fantasy football team.

The Giants should be shot for that game. But more importantly, everybody has the NFL Network if they know where to look for it.

I just read a post from Adam Schefter  . .it said  . .. . that the last time the Giants played a prime-time game in Denver - 9/10/01 - the world changed the next morning forever.

Boy, I was wrong on my prediction.  Broncos Coach Josh McDaniels had the team fired up.  Heck, the NFL Network forgot he was miked up and let out a word that would be bleeped in any normal circumstances.  The Giants looked really bad. Eli was not himself and the running game was non-existent.

Actually, that's pretty much the way Eli and the running game have been playing since mid-October.
