Tim Tebow being fazed out by NFL Teams?
Do you believe that NFL teams are fazing out Tim Tebow? When you look at the situation from the outside, its like very few to none want Tim Tebow because they focus on his flaws and what he can't do as a quarterback. Its like NFL Teams are trying to find excuses or make up excuses on not wanting Tim Tebow.
I think Tim Tebow is one hell of an athlete, but he is not an NFL Quarterback. The Broncos had to change their entire offense to accommodate what he "can't do". I think he would be a lot more successful as a running/full back or tight end.
Didn't they win games and the division in 2011?
They went 8-8, like the Broncos normally did, the west is a very weak division, especially with the fall of the Chargers. It was the manner in which Tebow won which got him the notoriety.
Either way you look at it, they won games and the division. Its not their fault that the other teams in their division are either inconsistent or pitiful.
I agree, they did win the division, but if you look at the Broncos now that they have a real QB.....there's no comparison
Every season is different and to compare the two makes it unfair because Manning had been in the league for many years and Tebow has only been in the league for a few years.
Charlie Ward was a good example, he lead FSU to a National Championship, won the Heisman but went undrafted as a Quarterback, yet he had a great career with the knicks. Tebow is a great athlete but not an NFL QB, he should have switched to an fullback or tightend when he had the chance.
Tim Tebow is a victim of a "Perfect Storm" of bad decisions that have led to him being where he is now. He never should have been taken in the first round, period. Everyone knew that he was going to come into the league as a QB; he said time and time again that he wouldn't switch positions. If he would have been taken in the third or fourth round, he'd probably still be in Denver and backing up/learning from, arguably. one of the top 10 QBs in the history of the game.
As for his "finding a way to win", call it sheer dumb luck, or divine intervention, or whatever you like, but it was a fluke. He got lucky, there's simply no other way to put it, but in the NFL a win is a win, no matter how it happened, so he got the credit; again, had he been a third or fourth round pick, this would have been more than enough to keep him his job.
Likewise, the Jets never should have brought him to NY, that was a disastrous move on the part of that organization; one that not only had a negative impact on Tebow, but on Sanchez as well. Say what you want about the Jets, but NY is a big market, and they expect big results, and Tebow simply isn't in a position to deliver.
He could have a job tomorrow if he would do one of three things: A) Make the transition to another position, B) Forget trying to compete for a starting job until his skill set improves, C) Head north to the CFL.
People are quick to point to his Christianity as a source for some conspiracy to drive him out of the league, this is ridiculous. One of the greatest players of all time, the late Reggie White was a devout Christian who was beloved, as are Tony Dungy, Ray Lewis (whom I can't stand, Go STEELERS!), Dion Sanders, Emmitt Smith, and a ton of other players.
Tebow's biggest enemy is Tebow. He simply doesn't have the skill set to be a starting QB in the NFL, not for any team that's serious about having a successful season. His unwillingness to change, and adapt to maximize the vast talent that he does have, and there is no denying his amazing athletic ability, is going to continue to be a problem for him.

Will Tim Tebow start as QB for any NFL team in 2013? If so, which one? There's a good chance Tebow will not be with the Jets after the 2012 season. Whether he gets cut or traded, speculation has been raised as to which team he may go to.

Will Tim Tebow ever return to NFL as a quarterback? The word is no team wants him.He was let go by Denver, New York Jets, and recently New England. Hopefully, he won't be a Heisman Trophy winner that nobody wants.

One of the ESPN analysts , can't remember, felt that Tim Tebow was a fad. I am appalled by this statement because you're basically saying Christianity is a fad. It is awesome that a kid like this addresses his faith out loud and is allowing for the rest of our country to give us courage to stick to...

The Titans, Bills and Jags need QB help. I hope this creates an opportunity to see Tebow play this year.

As many of you might have heard, Tim Tebow has tried out to play minor league baseball, and it looks like the Mets are giving him a huge contract. I don't know the specifics of it, but I've heard that supposedly he's going to be paid way more than the average player on the...
