    Any tip's on getting your speed up for a 10k I seem to have hit limit

    and my limit seem to have slowed down, I have been running since March and have done two 10K, I have my next one in November, any tips on getting faster?  I run at least 3 times a week.

    Don't worry about seemingly 'hitting a limit', this is almost certainly not the case.

    Without knowing anything about your training I would hazard a guess that you need to increase the distance of your long run, increase your weekly mileage and throw in some interval sessions to improve your speed. There are thousands of 10K training schedules available or best of all join your local club.
