I'm going with Germany. Brazil has not looked great. They should have a massive home field advantage (weather, etc.) but they look stale, even tired. I watched both of their games so far and was surprised. Look out for Italy and Argentina. I had originally picked one of the African teams for the semis but Cameroon is looking old and the others are just not ready for primetime yet (although I think Nigeria had a 42 year old?).
Germany is my favorite team. Strong defense + Muller's performance makes Germany a tough team. Hope you might have watched their match against Portugal. They have proved how strong they are!!!
