Importance of Sports:-
Who does not like to play? Everybody loves sports. The young, middle-aged or old people love to play if not at a competitive level then definitely as recreation. Sorts is the best form of recreation. Playing at any level is beneficial in many ways.
1) It is essentially good for health. Regular Physical exercise and practice helps to stay healthy and fit.
2) One can enhance one’s overall physical capacity through sport.
3) Playing a team game helps to develop a sense of understanding others, team-spirit and leadership abilities.
4) Sports teach you ethics and morality.
5) Sports teach an individual to be tolerant honest, patient and resilient.
6) Sports gives an individual name, fame and respect in society.
7) A sportsman can bring name and fame to the country.
8) Sports teaches self-discipline.
9) An individual learns to take quick and correct decisions.
