Do you think kids should be recruited this young to play college sports?  Isn't this a lot of pressure to put on a kid?  Sure lots of kids dream to go play pro sports but this kid hasn't even passed the 7th grade yet.

    Check the story out here

I actually think that being offered scholarships young is a way to encourage kids to live up to their potential.

i think it's awesome. a scholarship at USC? he won't play in any game until 2015, and he will have to graduate HS, so he will be of age by then anyway.

I saw that Kiffin offered him a scholarship.  I guess this happens from time to time.  I remember Damon Baily getting an offer to play basketball at IU when he was in junior high.  He turned out pretty good.

It'll never happen.  First chance Kiffin gets to make more $$$ he'll be gone and the kid will go somewhere else.  Trust me, I live in Tennessee.
