Will any team be able to beat the heroic Toronto Maple Leafs (God's favorite hockey team).
With their powerful injection of youthful talent and unsurpassed fan support, surely they will vanquish all their foes and bring hockey's holy grail back home.
(As this forum post is actually more of a statement than a question, please feel free to not offer contrary opinions)
To bad a Blackhawks fan came on and pretty much owns the NHL at the moment. Wait'll you see John Scott with Kane and Toews. Going to make Big buf look like hes going to be in the minor leagues.
there is an ancient Greek proverb...
"He who has Kristopher Versteeg wins the Cup"
(it worked last year
Chicago will like Viktor Stalberg though.. tough to see him go
Versteeg wasn't someone that I was upset losing. We had to lose people, but like you said Viktor Stalberg is good along with the other people we picked up. Not to mention anyone with a brain knows that everyone who left the hawks this year will see a decrease in stats(mainly Big buff and Neimi). Neimi made the biggest mistake of his life.
I would encourage you to read my hub "The Montreal Canadians Suck"
Here is a visual representation of what is written there...
I agree...Montreal will be a huge contender for the cup not the suit
ha ha ha ha you kill me!!! Oh, come on....I grew up when there was only Montreal and Toronto (maybe Vancouver...but never paid them any attention). Besides, this is how I remember the Leafs
No, you really should stop photoshopping the images!! I can find these with the Leafs, not the Canadiens!!! See:
And I can't resist this one:
Count them - 11 - count them!
Count them - 24 - 24 Stanley Cup Championships !!!!
hmmm....I wonder which team ROCKS!!!!
ah yes.. memories are wonderful, are they not my lovely Beth?
....but tell me, why bother to reminisce through photos, when we can recall those special moments on video...

That is exactly what that is...and do you remember the year of that game? Well, let me bring you up to speed with last year's game in 2010:

Bite me!!!
Hey Mtsi! We're not just contenders -- we're gonna bring the cup HOME this year!!! #25 coming right up!!!
I guess I had your pic on my mind!
it would have worked if my name was Stanley...but then why would he be wearing a bikini??

President Trump is pressing for a question to be asked on the 2020 census to state: Are you a US Citizen? Seems like a fair question since the census has a lot to do with how governmental resources are allocated and of course the number of representatives each area has in Congress. Yet,...

The NBA lockout has now started, and it threatens the 2011-2012 season, but does anybody care? It seems to be an afterthought on the sports pages, with the NFL lockout getting far more attention. I know I won't care if the NBA doesn't have a season. I prefer watching college basketball anyway. The...

I have seen quite a few Fantasy Football fans here on Hubpages and have read many hubs. I would like there to be as place such as this where we can talk about this upcoming season. We can talk about our draft/drafted line-ups and weekly performances from our fantasy teams. We might even be able to...
