This program covers all your your fitness needs. The program incorporates everything from stretching to warm up to cardio, and more. This program will help you get lean, bulk and stronger. Tony uses muscles confusion in order to help you get good results faster. The way this technique woks is that the trainer keeps introducing new moves and routines in order for your body not to plateau, meaning not to stop producing results.

What Is Included In The P90X Workout Program?

This program comes with 12 workouts short dvd workouts which are very diverse in intensive. workout one covers chest and back. Workout 2 covers plyometrics. Workout 3 covers shoulders and arms. Workout 4 covers yoga X. workout 5 covers legs and back. Workout 6 covers tempo x, which is a high intensive cardiovascular workout. Workout 7 covers stretch. Workout 8 covers the core synergistics. Workout 9 covers chests, shoulders and triceps. Workout 10 covers back and biceps. Workout 11 covers cardio X , which is a low-impact cardio routine. Workout 12 covers AB ripper X.

This program also includes a fitness guide as well as a three phase nutrition plan. As you can see, this workout has all that you need in order to get in shape.

How Does The Program Work?

During the first three weeks, you will do strength training. And on the fourth week, you will start doing cardio and stretching. Week 5-7, you go back to strength training, but you use other videos in order for your body to adapt and grow and at the same time not plateau. During week 8, you do the same thing as in week 4, which helps yo to catch up for the final push. Weeks 9 and 11 are the same as 1-3, weeks 10 and 12 are the same as 5-7, and then the final week, same as 4 and 8.

Will I Be Able To Keep Up With The Program?

The program is challenging, but the good thing about it is that you can go at your own pace. You are not obligated to do it the same way as someone who is accustomed to it. Your body will take a while to get used to the program. Every week, you will make progress and you will get better and better at it. As long as you stick to the program, you will get the desired results.
