    You can never go wrong with that sophisticated little black dress and some killer heels. Pair with a beaded clutch and dazzling earing, and a night-glam face you are sexy but elegant.

    Think the iconic Hepburn and just give it a more contemporary twist...bold solid color dress with dark accessories or adding the "seasons it color" to your accessories or shoes.

    I'd wear a cocktail dress (nothing too short) and heels which aren't too high. If that seems too formal for your event, jeans with a party top and high-heels should give sexy semi-formal look too.
