what do you use for the stretchy choker part of bottle cap necklaces?
you can buy elastic material for it, or just nylon cloth.
you should be able to find similar items at the hobby and arts/crafts stores around town.
It is an elastic or stretch grosgrain ribbon. I have updated my Bottle Cap Necklace Favor hub and added on some links to choker type necklaces as well as stretchy ribbon. Hope this helps!
