Should One Brush Teeth Before Or After Meals?
If plaque is removed before eating, then there are no bacteria to convert foods sugar into acid
#1 - if you don't brush your teeth after your meal then those particles that are left behind inbetween and around your teeth will eventually cause tooth decay.
#2 - Are you 100% sure that you have removed 100% of the plaque from your teeth?
FYI - Did you know that after you drink a soda the acid stays in your mouth for up to 12 hours doing whatever it wants to the enamel of you teeth?!?!?!?
