Your hair grows on its own. You don't have to "grow" it. The key is not to break off the ends as it's growing. Don't put so many chemicals in it. Don't comb and brush the hair if it is very coarse and kinky. Untangle it with your fingers. Don't put your hair in tight ponytails or style it in a way that cause the hair to be pulled and damaged.
