hay im getting my first tattoo in a couple of days, kinda scared and exsited xD just woundering...
ya know that alcahol thins your blood out...after you had it done, would it fade the tat? i heard somthing of it before.. but not sure... x
Drinking does nothing to help the process of getting or healing a tattoo, whether consumed before, during or after.
If you are really scared, maybe you shouldn't be getting tattooed at this time in your life.
drinking before getting the tattoo to make it hurt less will cause more bleeding and possibly cause the ink to not go into the skin as well which in turn will make it fade out as it heals. but drinking afterward is not an issue. It does not hurt but is more like a sting but be advised the closer you have it done to a boney area or an area with a lot of nerve ending it will hurt but numb up after a few minutes. Just be sure to follow directions the tattoo artist gives you after it is done and you will be fine
