I think some bootcuts trousers with heels and that would make their legs look longer
The best clothes for petite women are clothes that make them appear taller. Try straight legged pants or boot cut jeans with a high-heel or wedge. Vertical pin stripes that elongate the leg are great, and remember that any tops or jackets that you wear should cut off above the hip to help the legs appear longer than they are.
I am a very tiny woman and over the yeas I have experiment with clothing to find what works best for me. Each person is different the best way to find clothing that works is to set out to experiment and be creative. Keep in mind that the main focus is making your legs appear longer than they are. a higher cut in the waist is a great way to do this as well.
Avoid lowrise jeans or pants and longer shirts as they will cut you in half and make you look squished together. All tops should end above the hip and all pants should sit just below your belly button... you may feel strange at first when trying out new styles, but over time you will gain confidence and comfort in your clothes, especially with all the compliments you'll get!!
