How many tattoos do you have and what are the meanings behind them?
I wrote a hub about mine, I have 5 and they vary from Christian to just nostalgiac.
I have 7, if you count my arm sleeve as one. I got all of them while I was in the Marine Corps and before I was old enough to drink. Not much thought went behind most of them except the arm sleeve which is a memorial to those we lost in 1st Battalion 3rd Marines. A couple of them are norse symbols for protection in battle. The rest are fairly nonsensical but not bad enough to regret.
i have 3. one is my sign and the other 2 represent my past and what i was.

Hey, hubbers, Is 2010 and i notice more and more people with tattoos on there body, i have to admit i do have more then a few tattoos. I feel that society's are more open minded now-end-days to people being a little "funkey". I in the other hand love inking my body, is a way of feeling...

Tattoos are increasing in popularity. Some people have tattoos simply to have a tattoo, but other people have tattoos that have meaning to them. I am interested hearing from people who have tattoos with meaning and what those meanings may be.
