Hi my nose has been pierced over year usually wear stud.recently put a hoop in.is it norm to be sore
That's really quite common especially if you change from one type of jewelry to another. Your nose may be sore just from adapting from wearing a straight piece of jewelry to now wearing a slightly curved one. And going from healing with and wearing a hoop to wearing something straight can make it sore too. Often inside the piercing gets scraped or stretched from the switchover.
