    Fantastic question...actually I only want to lose a few pounds..I recommend lots of juices and lots of vegetables and most important, eat protein when hungry instead of grabbing a candy bar.

    I actually just wrote an article about this that will do way more for you then just lose forty pounds. You will get that beach body in no time. It is a workout program though and it requires at least an hour everyday. I'm doing the workout program myself and after two weeks I've already started seeing fantastic and encouraging results.     I lost about fifty pounds, (after having a baby) but it took me a bit longer.  However I didn't really change my diet or exercise except for how I drank water.  I wrote about it in a hub if you are interested.  Forty pounds in three months sounds pretty extreme!  Good luck and stay healthy.
