What do you think was the best decade of the 20th century for fashion?
Honestly, I think it was the 1990's because it became the decade where numerous fashions were accepted. No longer did you have to wear above the knee, below the knee, on the knee, straight legs, bell bottom legs, boot cut, etc. It was about time that designers got on board with individuality and still fashion forward.
