Definitely Vintage!  Vintage clothing/furniture has so much character and personality.

Immediatly I just wanted to scream out "Vintage" but that was because I assumed "vintage" as being referred to as vintage wines, vintage hardware, and vintage art.
But then I gave it some thought, and still agree that vintage exceeds modern in so many ways as in quality, artistic value, creativity, etc.
However, modern useful items are the winner.
I once went to antique store and found a crank egg beater. Thought that was cool, until I took it home to use it, and found that my  Kitchen Maid mixer was exceedingly more efficient.

welcome to hubpages. Bad luck re the mixer!I think you are probably right to say that modern appliances are more efficient, but for me most other things ie fashion, furniture including wine! it has to be vintage.Best wishes.
