    Mehak,start with the application of castor oil once a day before bath ,have 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water ,drink 12 glasses of water everyday avoid sugary substances and stick to fruits and vegetables ,flex seed oil ,keep your bowels clear ,have strawberries and also apply it's pulp on your face,get NMF cream  2 times a day ,wish you good luck,post the updates on the hub for further help.

      Mehak,you can buy flexseed oil capsules from the chemist,moreover start having gulukand half teaspoon 3 times a day ,it even helps pimples and dark eye circles along  with pigmentation.

    Lemon juice works. Apply pure lemon juice in that region every night and you will surely see effects. If it stings, try to dilute the concentration by adding some water. You can store this mixture in fridge and replace it once it 4-5 days. smile
    Also, creams/serums containing vitamin C work well on pigmentation.

    Hi, Clinique has a wonderful cream :dark spot corrector.  I had very noticeable black spots and by the first month they got a lot clearer, now after a year I do not see them much.  I use it every night.
