using the gel from aloe vera plant on your neck every day for a few months will naturally lighten the tone of your skin. Lemon juice everyday applied to your skin will also remove colored pigment. However, if you are looking for a quick temporary fix try getting a base toner and then a foundation slightly lighter than the color of your neck but nothing lighter than the color of your face.
