I have a hub with no ads at all, yet Google shows ads if you type the title in their search.
There are no ads below the hub either, where Hub Pages normally puts some.
Is it a brand new hub? I understand with the changes that were just made this week that ads won't show up until after the hub has been reviewed. I attached a link to the blog about the changes:
