Fruit is good, and the fact that it is frozen is not harmful for the teeth, as far as I know. You should just go for it!

yes, if you are in the 40's. Your teeth is weakening, can't bite anything that is hard, frozen and cold. Three of my teeth are shaking due to eating nuts, ice-creams and frozen fruits. Painful ordeal.
